This restriction removes the properties option from My Computer and hides the "System Properties" screen.
Start/Run/Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer Value Name: NoPropertiesMyComputer, Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value) Value Data: (0 = Properties, 1 = No Properties) Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value, called 'NoPropertiesMyComputer' and edit the value according to the settings above.
